Subaru Impreza WRX, Subaru of America is launching the 2011 Impreza WRX with wide-body design similar to the one on the ship WRX STI. Stability and traction control are standard, along with the Star system which Subaru Assist trend known in the manual transmission 2011 WRX models.The track is widened by 1.5 inches on the front and rear, and the cars get a 1-inch-wheels and wider tires.
Front fenders and rear quarter-panel was also broader. Model four-door is 6.5 inches longer than the five-door, Subaru says, and the trunk can hold three Tour-size golf bags.Aesthetically, 2011 WRX has a new grille with blacked-out basis, spoiler lip and foglamp wider openings. A navigation system is optional.Curb weight is up to 34 pounds in 2011 on WRX models come out.
Subaru has news for you. There’s little to distinguish the 2011 model from its 2010 counterpart. Up front, the grille and swept headlights work together to create a cohesive look that draws your eye down the side of the vehicle. Details like large insets for fog lights, flared fenders and boxy side-view mirrors help give the Forester more of an SUV flavor than other compact high-riders out there, and while we miss some of the wagon aspects of older Foresters.
Inside, there are includes the decorative swath of silver trim helps to brighten the cabin, the cockpit is still a little dark for our tastes. The driver is treated to a well-sorted steering wheel with controls for cruise, hands-free calling and the stereo within reach, and the set of somewhat plain gauges are easy to read day or night. 2011 Subaru Forester uses an engine that’s considerably more advanced than its predecessor. The old engine’s belt-driven, single-overhead cam design has been replaced with a chain-driven dual-overhead cam setup for better efficiency. The change helped net the engine an extra one mpg in the city on the EPA’s cycle. Additionally, the four-cylinder uses a marginally larger bore and longer stroke, tweaking displacement from 2,457cc to 2,498cc and helping to deliver an extra four pound-feet of torque 300 rpm sooner than the old 2.5-liter engine.
The new engine is still bolted to the same four-speed automatic transmission that Moses brought down from Mount Fuji. Whereas the 2010 Forester was saddled with the company’s characteristically tractor-esque rumble from under the rounded hood, the 2011 hums along with a fraction of the racket. The 2011 Forester still provides hilariously excellent driving dynamics given its lofty ride height thanks to a pile of DNA borrowed from the lovable WRX.

From now on, "Confidence in Motion" will be at the center of all Subaru activities. As the first step, FHI will exhibit a concept car embodying the new brand statement at the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show in Los Angeles, California, USA (press days on November 17 and 18, open to the public from November 19 to 28). A press briefing with FHI President & CEO Ikuo Mori is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17 at 12:20 (PST) at the Subaru booth.
According to the official announcement, Subaru's offerings on the Las Vegas Convention Center floor will be highlighted by the "fastest STI ever"; a pre-production test model that lapped the Ring in 7:55:00 in the hands of four-time World Rally Champion, Tommi Mäkinen this past summer (see video here).
The other cars on display will be Travis Pastrana's World Record Setting WRX STI, and three custom-tuned WRX STI's, while the company will also showcase the latest available Subaru Genuine Parts and Subaru Performance Tuning Accessories [no photos have been released yet].

Subaru said that SRT USA drivers Travis Pastrana and Dave Mirra will be on hand to sign autographs at the firm's booth between 1 and 2 PM on November 2 and November 3rd, while Tommi Makinen will also attend the show this year.

Inside there are STI sport seats wrapped in a combination of leather and Alcantara as well as a sports steering wheel and a modified instrument panel.
Power comes from a 2.5-liter turbocharged boxer engine matched to a five-speed automatic transmission.
Japanese customers will get to choose between four exterior colors and will have to pay 3,450,00 Yen (US $42,227 or €30,646) for the base model. Subaru said it plans to produce a total of 300 examples of the Forester tS.
